The ICE2A180Z is the second generation CoolSET?-F2 which provides several special enhancements to satisfy the needs for low power standby and protection features.
Features of the ICE2A180Z are:(1)only few external components required; (2)input Vcc undervoltage lockout; (3)67kHz/100kHz switching frequency; (4)max duty cycle 72%; (5)low power standby mode to meet; (6)european commission requirements; (7)thermal shut down with auto restart; (8)overload and open loop protection; (9)overvoltage protection during auto restart; (10)adjustable peak current limitation via external resistor.
