Lock Floppy Drive
In this post you can see to see how to lock floppy drive by following these steps:
(Windows 2000, XP and NT)
1. Open regedit.exe file
2. Search for the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Cu rrentVersion\Winlogon
3. Create a new string entry named AllocateFloppies ,
and set its data value to 1 to ensure that only the local logged-on
user can access the floppy drive, and if you set entry's data value to
0 all restrictions are filted.
4. Exit the Windows registry, you might restart Windows session for changes to take effect.
